Director, University Affiliated Housing: Frank Axell is responsible for a full range of strategic and management tasks for the leasing, maintenance and personnel operations of Millennium Hall, Paca House and Tubman House. Prior to becoming the Director in April of 2005, Frank was the Assistant Director for Residential Operations at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) for five years and the Assistant Dean for Student Conduct at the University of Akron for two years. Frank has a bachelors degree in Public Relations and a masters degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology.

Assistant Director of Operations: Michelle Carr is responsible for all leasing matters (including license management, rental payments, and delinquency / collections) and Marketing for Tubman and Paca Houses. Prior to joining the team in August of 2008, Michelle was an Account Coordinator for Hanover Uniform for 5 years. Michelle attended the Community College of Baltimore County and the University of Baltimore and studied Business Administration and Accounting.

Facilities Director: Chenal (Al) Alford is responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation and repair. Al supervises the Housekeeper (year-round) and Maintenance Assistants (during the Summer). Previously, Al was a Building Engineer for Provident Bank. Al opened Millennium Hall in the Fall of 2000 and has a breadth of wisdom, experience, and dedication that truly benefits our community and residents.
