How To Submit An Online Maintenance Request

 

 

To submit your online maintenance request, you’ll need to register through our Resident Portal on our website if you have not already done so.  Once you register, you will have access to the maintenance request system, your resident account, and be able to make payments. 

To register, visit www.tuwestvillage.com .

 

Click on “Resident Portal” in the right hand area of the "Current Residents" page.  If it is your first time visiting the portal, you’ll need to click on “Register Now!” then fill in the requested information.  If you are registering for the first time, it may take up to two business days to have your registration approved. 

 

If you’ve already registered, just enter your email address and password to login.  Once you are logged in, all you have to do is click on submit Maintenance Request and follow the instructions.
