2009-10 Community Center Workers
 
Paca and Tubman Houses Community Center Workers
Hours: 7 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Saturday (Hours may vary).
Shifts: Minimum commitment of 8 hours per week in shifts of 4 hours at a
time. All staff will be expected to work morning and weekend
hours on a rotating basis.
 
Job description and qualifications: Friendly and service-oriented personality, Serves as resource and referral agent, Supports mission of Capstone Management, Housing & Residence Life, & Towson University, Maintains confidentiality at all times, Acts as a role model for students and abides by Towson University & HRL policies, Checks student identification and registers guests, Reports safety/ security concerns to appropriate building staff in timely manner.

Desirable skills: Independent worker; yet able to work as part of a team, Organized, Neat, Positive attitude, Creative, Punctual, Strong communication skills.

Compensation:
$7.25 per hour (CC worker), $8.00 per hour (CC Manager).
